The white cotton panties have an encased elastic waistband and elastic gathered leg openings. These panties will fit a waist size of 15-18 inches.

You are buying a 12" Raggedy Andy doll. Andy is side-glancing and dressed in a heart shirt. Andy is used but in very good
condition. Pictures are of the item you will receive. It is from
a smoke-free home.
